ZIRKEL Wireless’ new Z-Alert system, built on the GoCareTM platform, provides convenient two-way mobile text messaging between our subscribers and our customer service system. Z-Alert allows you to ping our system to check your billing balance, view due dates, confirm payments and request other useful information. Conversely, Z-Alert will notify you automatically to confirm appointments, alert you to a network outage or remind you when your next bill is due.
