You may temporarily suspend your Internet service in calendar month increments for a maximum of 6 months. If you have not activated service at the end of the 6 month suspend period, your account will automatically be activated and charged based on your established billing frequency and previous rate plan.

A Suspend fee of $29 will be charged each time your account is suspended.

There is no Activation Fee.

Provided you have completed a six month service contract since your most recent installation, you can temporarily suspend your account. If you have not completed your six month contract, your account will continue to be charged until your contract has been fulfilled.

Service is offered in full calendar month increments. To temporarily suspend your Internet service for one calendar month or longer, this form must be submitted BEFORE the 1st of the month to stop your Internet service charge. No refunds will be made for charges to your account if this request is not submitted BEFORE the 1st of the month.
