We make the move easy. You can continue to use your current landline number for a one-time fee of just $25. There’s no need to deal with the hassle of starting all over again with a new number (though we can provide one if desired).

A: Yes. We have a mobile App available in the App Store called SNAPmobile. This app will link with your phone service and will allow you to make and receive calls with your ZIRKEL Phone number. Additionally, via the app you can easily check your voicemail and forward calls to your cell phone, etc.
A: Yes. We charge a sliding installation charge depending on whether you are an existing Internet and/or Managed WiFi customer. Prices can also depend on whether you need to port a number, how many lines you need, and whether you need to purchase phone equipment from us or not. Your best best for a total price is to give us a call at 970-871-8500 for a quote.
A: No. You will plug your phone directly into our Managed WiFi router or into a VoIP adapter that we provide. Using our Mesh Networking technology, we can place your phone’s base station in any room or location within your home without running new phone lines. Please note that additional equipment charges may apply.
A: Absolutely! We’re using this system for our own phone needs at ZIRKEL where we field over 40,000 calls per year! We can do simple or get as advanced and complicated as you need. Please note that custom phone solutions will require an engineered quote.
A: There is no contract for ZIRKEL Phone.
A: Yes. We can issue local 970 numbers, or numbers issued in other area codes if desired.

A: Yes, for a one-time port fee of $25. It takes 3-5 business days to port a number into our system.
A: As of right now you must bring your own phone. We have a small list of phones customer’s have reported to work well here.
A: Yes, by signing up for a second line and by using a multi-line capable phone. Additional line is $18 per month for Residential & $25 per month for Business.
A: Yes, we can set up a fax line for you.
