If you are having problems connecting to the Internet, we ask that you try the following troubleshooting steps:

If the ZIRKEL Internet Connection is plugged directly into your Computer:

  1. Shut down your computer.
  2. Verify that the Internet connector is plugged into the Ethernet port on your computer (Diagram A Below).
  3. Locate the junction that says “To Computer” and “To Radio”.
  4. Verify that the “To Radio” side has a grey wire securely plugged in. If it feels loose, you may need to pull it out, bend the plastic prong up and snap it back into the “to radio” side.
  5. Now follow the black cord from that junction to the power adapter that is plugged into an electric outlet. It should have a “ZIRKEL Wireless” sticker on it (see Diagram B).
  6. Unplug it from the electric and plug it back into the electric. Verify it has a green LED light on it.
  7. Wait two minutes and then start your computer.
  8. Open a browser (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox) and try to load a web page.
  9. If your service is still not working, we suggest contacting our support department by emailing support@zirkel.us, calling 970-367-4155, or by submitting a ticket through your customer portal.
